Elizabeth started out doing a media BTEC followed by a TV production degree. During study she obtained work experience on shows such as TFI Friday, The Priory and the BAFTA Awards.

After university, Elizabeth worked for a shopping channel and on days off would freelance at Granada Studios where she tech-op-ed on Coronation Street. Here she gained PSC experience on 'the street' and studio experience on internal scenes.
 
Elizabeth then moved to London and worked on This Morning, starting as a junior assistant and then worked her way up to operating where she worked on a good variety of coverage including fashion, cooking, scripted and unscripted music and local OB’s.  During this time she also worked on Big Brother, The One Show and The Graham Norton Show.

Elizabeth also has operating experience on Al Jezeera Football and IPL Cricket.
